We would like to introduce ourselves as an ISO company 9001-2000 company undertaking job works for various types of surface coatings.

We have been improvising the techniques of different coatings as per the requirement of our customers.

We have a well organized workshop in Ahmedabad wherein we have a powder coating pant and facilities for coating of various other applications like PU coating, epoxy coatings, stoving enamel and other specialized coatings like zinc coating, anti-corrosive coatings, self-lubricative coatings, high temperature coatings etc.

We also take up jobs for coating on various surfaces like mild steel, aluminum, glass, rubber, stone, leather, plastics.

We take up jobs for flexible finishes on rubber and leather. These coatings have high flexibility and are resistant against water and minor chemical resistant. They are UV resistant and can be applied for various applications.

At present we are the only people in India  dealing in this kind of process which includes pre-treatment followed by the coating.
We also undertake coating process for resistance against high temperature of upto 650 degrees centigrade. We can also do other finishes as per your requirement. These coatings are also scratch resistant and have well resistant against corrosion. We are importing these coatings from Germany . Technical details are attached herewith.
We are chemically preparing the surface of the substrate and we also take up jobs for sand blasting and grit Blasting.

Our company was Initially we started with Powder Coating.

And then in the year 1992 we introduced MRF PU Coatings in Gujarat . In the year 2008 we went for an expansion so as to improve the kind of services we provided and upgraded our plant with new technologies and new innovative machines.

At present we are working with several multi-national firms and OEM's in Ahmedabad.

Some of the clients are :

Erhardt & Leimer, Trumac Engineering, Zinser textiles, KHS Ltd., Alpha Nippon, Steel Fab, Ingersol Rand, Sandvic Asia Ltd., Volga air technologies, to name a few.

We are also taking up complete projects for site jobs. We are at present doing the job for the new Sardar Patel international airport – Ahmedabad.

Besides, this we also have our sister concerned firm by the name of “Unique Enterprise”, here in Ahmedabad wherein we take up jobs for all kinds of commercial painting contracts and other specialized textured painting jobs.

We have our showroom here in Ahmedabad at Bodakdev , where all the different effects are on display.

We are also dealing in wooden flooring, PVC flooring and several different kinds of imported poly vinyl coated wall papers.

We have a team of about 250 skilled labour to carry out all the kinds of painting and surface coatings.
